Who is a Good Candidate for EVO ICL?

- Are between 21 and 45 years old.
- Are nearsighted with moderate to severe myopia (-3D to -20D).
- Have not had a change in prescription of more than .5D in a year.

眼内コンタクトレンズ（有水晶体眼内レンズ）治療は強度近視の矯正に適しています。適応は-6Dを超える近視とし、-15Dを超える強度近視には慎重に適応を検討することとなっています。患者様がこの範囲の近視であれば、治療により眼鏡やコンタクトレンズ無しでの良好な遠方視力に矯正されます。なお眼内コンタクトレンズ治療は遠方の見え方を矯正するものであり、老眼を治療するものではありません。老眼鏡を既に使用していた方、又は潜在的に老眼だった方は、近くを見るのに老眼鏡が必要になります。
眼内コンタクトレンズ治療は手術療法です。手術には潜在的なリスクが伴います。リスクの詳細については、ICL認定クリニックを受診して相談することをお願いします。非常に稀ですが、炎症や角膜内皮減少、高眼圧、白内障などの合併症が起こった場合は追加の手術処置が必要になることがあります。
下記に該当する場合は眼内コンタクトレンズ治療を受けられません。
医師が眼の形状が眼内コンタクトレンズの移植に適当でないと判断した場合
妊娠中、あるいは授乳期間の女性
角膜内皮数が年齢に対する基準値を下回ると医師が判断した場合
視力が不安定であると医師が判断した場合
